Discovery Call

We start with a simple conversation about your agency, your goals, and what you want your next chapter to look like — whether that’s a full exit or shifting into a lighter role.

Deep Dive Call & Info Review

If we are both interested at the end of the 1st call, then we will spend time to gain a deep understanding of your business, how it operates, and if we are a good fit – so we can give you a fair offer.

Proposal

If things align, I’ll walk you through the proposed deal — including your valuation, the structure, and the basics of what an exit could look like from a financial and operational standpoint.

Letter Of Intent & Transition Plan

Once we agree on the deal, we will have a non-binding written agreement (Letter of Intent) that outlines everything we agreed upon.

We will also work together to outline how the transition will unfold for you, your team, and your clients so everything is clear and set up for success before moving forward.

Smooth Handoff

For the first 90 days, we’ll let the agency operate as usual to see how it truly runs. This also helps us get to know the team and make the transition comfortable. Then we’ll look for ways to apply our expertise and resources.
